How fast will I get my parts?

Your quote shows an estimated arrival date before you pay. Our guarantee: we ship within 14 days of payment — or we email you before that date and offer a full refund.

What file types can I upload?

STL and STEP files. If our system can't quote your file automatically, a real person reviews it and gets back to you with a price.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes — within 12 hours of ordering, or before we start printing, whichever comes first. Your receipt has a cancel link; past that window, email [email protected] and we'll tell you honestly whether the printer has started.
