Q Fabrication Labs is a custom 3D printing service in Tucson, Arizona. We print functional parts on FDM machines — brackets, fixtures, jigs, enclosures, replacement parts, and prototypes — in three materials: PETG (our recommended default), ASA, and PLA.
Upload an STL file and our system prices your actual geometry in seconds — a real price on your real part, not a per-gram estimate and not a “contact us for a quote.” Pick your material and check out. STEP files are welcome too; because they need a manual review, STEP quotes are prepared by hand rather than instantly.
We ship to all 50 states and D.C., with tracking on every order and shipping passed through at about carrier cost with no markup. Dispatch is guaranteed within 14 calendar days of payment, backed by a refund remedy in our Terms.
Our parts show visible layer lines and hold to about ±0.5% (±0.5 mm minimum) — well suited to functional parts, not a substitute for machined precision. And we’ll tell you when a material or a print is the wrong fit for your job, because getting that right matters more to us than making a sale.

Our go-to for functional parts and outdoor use — it handles sun and heat better than PLA, which makes it our default pick for the Arizona climate. Strong and durable for everyday parts.
Recommended defaultHandles UV and heat better than PETG, so it's the pick for parts that live outdoors year-round. The trade-off: ASA shrinks as it cools, so it's printed in an enclosed chamber and large flat parts can still warp or lift at the corners — designs with thick bases, rounded corners or a brim print best. Finish is matte, and it's not the pick for fine detail or for anything that's happier in PETG or PLA.
Best for display pieces, prototypes, and indoor parts where fine detail matters. Note: PLA softens in high heat — not the pick for anything that'll sit in direct sun or a hot, enclosed space.

Every part is FDM-printed in-house. Expect visible layer lines and a typical dimensional tolerance of about ±0.5% (±0.5 mm minimum) — normal characteristics of the process, not defects. If your part needs tighter tolerances or a display-grade finish, tell us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether FDM is the right fit. Full detail in our Terms.
